Amy Moore, PE

​Amy Moore, P.E. is a senior bridge engineer with Barge Design Solutions. Amy earned her Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and Master of Science in Structural Engineering from the University of Cincinnati. She has 10 years of experience designing, checking or reviewing more than 35 bridges including rehabilitation and replacements for ODOT, counties and municipalities. Amy sits on the ACI 440 Committee for Fiber-Reinforced Polymer Reinforcement and was the lead designer of Ohio’s first box beam project using Carbon Fiber Composite Cable (CFCC) prestressing strands and stainless steel stirrups (HAS-799-0390). In addition to her CFCC and stainless steel knowledge, Amy has experience including mulit-span steel girders, prestressed box beams, continuous slabs, piers, spread footings and  deep foundations.

Michael Lenett, PhD, PE is an Assistant Vice President and Bridge Team Leader with TranSystems and has 26 years of experience in the evaluation, design, rehabilitation and instrumentation of various bridge structures. Mike earned his PhD, Masters of Science and Bachelors of Science degrees in Structural Engineering from the University of Cincinnati. He has served as project manager and structural task lead for the design and analysis of over 100 bridge and retaining wall structures including horizontally curved/highly skewed bridges and anchored soldier pile and lagging walls. Mike currently is a member of the OTEC Program Committee (Structures Subcommittee).

Jon Carroll, PE

Jon Carroll, P.E., is a senior bridge engineer with Fishbeck in the Cincinnati office. Jon earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering degree from Ohio University in 2002 and is a professional engineer licensed in OH, IN, NC, SC, GA, and FL. He has experience in the design, inspection and rehabilitation of bridges and structures in OH, the Midwest and Southeast. He has prepared design, plans and load ratings for steel plate girder and beam, truss, masonry arch, prestressed concrete, cast-in-place highway and pedestrian bridges including straight, curved and moveable bridges over waterways and railroads. He also has experience managing and performing above and under water structural inspections on bridges comprised of concrete deck slabs, post-tensioned girders, prestressed girders, steel girders and boxes, cable stay spans, trusses and fracture critical members. ​

James Leblond, PE

James LeBlond, P.E. is a graduate of the Ohio State University and the Structural (Bridge) Lead Engineer for The Kleingers Group out of their West Chester office. He has six years of structural design experience, including experience designing, rehabilitating and rating both highway and railroad bridges throughout multiple states. More specifically, his experience includes the design and/or analysis of steel plate girder bridges, rolled steel beam bridges, prestressed I-beam and box girder bridges, concrete slab bridges, concrete box culverts, corrugated steel arch culverts, and filled spandrel concrete arch bridges in addition to various retaining walls and substructure units.

Travis Baker, PE

Travis is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati and leads the bridge group in the Cincinnati office of AECOM.  He has completed design calculations, plan sets, and repair specifications for many types of short-span bridges.  He has also performed analyses of long-span bridges for repairs and new construction.  In addition, Travis is experienced with in-depth and fracture critical inspections of both long and short-span bridges.  He is a certified FHWA Bridge Inspection Team Leader, SPRAT Level 1 Technician, and has been a part of inspection teams for complex bridges in several states.​

Brandon Collett, PE

Brandon Collett, P.E. is a senior bridge engineer with the Ohio Department of Transportation. Brandon earned his Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering from Ohio University and his Masters of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Dayton. Brandon worked at Woolpert LLP for 7 years as a structural engineer designing bridges and retaining walls. He has now been with the Ohio Department of Transportation for 13 years. As the District Bridge Engineer for District 8, Brandon is responsible for overseeing the bridge inspection program for more than 1,500 bridges and 4,500 culverts in the greater Cincinnati and area. Annually, he prepares the District’s multi-year work plan for bridge maintenance, rehabilitation, and replacement. In addition, Brandon initiates field reviews and prepares project scopes for internal and consultant design projects.

Nabil Hamadani, PE

Nabil Hamadani, PE is a Bridge Design Engineer with HDR and has experience in the structural design, inspection and rating of highway and railroad bridges. He earned his Masters degree in Structural Engineering from the University of Cincinnati. He has served as design engineer on long and short span bridge projects including the cable-stayed replacement of the Ironton-Russell Truss Bridge. He has also been involved with in-depth and fracture critical inspections of long and short span bridges and is a FHWA certified bridge inspection team leader. His experience includes the analysis and design of bridge elements per the AASHTO and AREMA codes.

Ryan Jones, PE, CPESC

Ryan Jones, P.E., CPESC is a Project Manager in the Cincinnati Office for The Great Lakes Construction Company.  Ryan earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Ohio Northern University.  He has 15 years of experience in heavy civil construction including projects in bridge, roadway, tunnel, and airport construction.  Ryan has managed multiple projects from award to project completion in Ohio, Indiana, and West Virginia.  Ryan has been involved in multiple design build projects where he managed the Design Build team through both the design and construction phases of the projects.
