Join us on January 9, 2025, for a presentation by Omar El Masri, National Technical Lead for PRIME AE, about the applications and design of delta girders for bridges. Delta girders are formed by welding two inclined plates in the form of a V from the web to the compression flange of a steel I-section. This system can be used to improve the lateral rigidity and overall flexural resistance of steel beams.
